Bestobell Valves, one of the world's foremost designers and manufacturers of Cryogenic valves and fluid control equipment is housed in a purpose built 30,000 square foot facility, at President Park, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK. The facility located in Sheffield’s recently developed, prestigious Lower Don Valley industrial complex is ideally situated to tap into the region’s highly skilled labour base. It is readily accessible by air, rail and road from all locations within the UK. 

Cryogenic Valve assembly

All cryogenic valves are assembled and tested in a clean room environment.Prior to assembly, all components are cleaned and degreased to internationally recognized O2 clean standards.Post assembly all products are placed in heavy duty plastic bags and sealed.Therefore all products can be used with O2.   Every cryogenic valve we manufacture is degreased for oxygen duty, assembled in clean room conditions and pressure tested prior to despatch.  

Quality ISO 9001

Quality Management System
In order to assure our Customers that the product and services we provide fully meets their requirements, Bestobell have developed a comprehensive Quality Management System that fully complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The System is audited on a regular basis by TŰV UK Quality Assurance, a UKAS accredited organisation, to ensure that it continues to comply with ISO 9001:2008.  Please click here to view our certification.

Pressure Equipment Regulations (PER)
Where required, Bestobell product complies fully with the requirements of the PER. TUV UK Quality Assurance has been extensively involved in the assessment of the design of product and routinely audit our Quality Management System to ensure continual compliance with the P.E.R.   

Verband der Technischen Űberwachungs-Vereine e.V. (Vd TŰV).
Bestobell produces a range of Safety Relief Valves, whose designs have been verified by, and are regularly reviewed by Vd TŰV.  Although these safety relief valves are also fully compliant with the PER, Customers are also able, if they so wish, to have the valves witnessed, and a ‘Bescheinigung’ issued by TŰV.   

Bundesanstalt fűr Materialforschung und –prűfung (BAM)
Bestobell produces a range of Cryogenic Globe valves whose design has been evaluated and verified by BAM. Of course, the same designs are also fully compliant with the requirements of the PER.   

Canadian Registration Number (CRN)
Most of Bestobell product range has been has been granted a ‘CRN’ number by the Canadian authorities in each of the major states and therefore is approved for use throughout Canada.
