LNG is natural gas that has been cooled down to its boiling point of -165°C at which it condenses to a liquid phase.  Natural gas is becoming one of the most important primary energy sources for the future. It is a relatively clean fuel that can be used in many ways to provide energy. Natural gas produces about half of the carbon dioxide compared to other fossil fuels, with few undesirable emissions.  By cooling natural gas until it becomes LNG, it makes it possible to environmentally transport the gas over large distances and store it compactly in cryogenic storage tanks.  Today many organisations are turning to LNG to provide energy.  Most LNG satellite systems are modular design and Bestobell provide the cryogenic valves to meet the high safety standards and cryogenic conditions. Our cryogenic valves can be fitted to the storage tanks, vaporisers and pipe work.
